Baking through Flatbreads and Flavors
A group of us are baking our circuitous way through the wonderful cookbook/travelogue "Flatbreads and Flavors" by Jeffrey Alford and Naomi Duguid. Initially, we were using a library copy of the book. After reading the first 50 pages or so and bookmarking 95% of the recipes read so far (and trying a few), we were so amazed by the contents that we ordered our own copy. How thrilling it was that it arrived in our mailbox a week or so later, on the day the library copy was due!
