. Here is an excerpt from Barbara’s guidelines for SiR V:

And once you figure out which locally grown spice you want to highlight, I would really like it if you featured it in a recipe containing as many local ingredients as humanly possible!The deadline is midnight [EDT] August 15th, [2006].
