Celebrating Spring with Chive, Garlic Greens, Onion and Nigella Seed Focaccia; a Bread Baking Babes’ project for May 2016

The onions, chives, garlic greens and nigella seed are added just after shaping. Then the focaccia is left to rise. Once it has risen, just before baking the focaccia
, using wet fingers, holes are dimpled into the dough and the oil is added.
