Corn on the cob

It’s corn season!! Last night as well as a bit of pork shoulder marinated in jerk sauce, we barbecued the most wonderful corn on the cob. To do it, we roasted the husked corncobs directly on the grill over hot coals. (no foil!) I love the way that some of the kernels got a little caramelized with brown. And this time a few kernels popped!
