The deadline for submitting the recipes is the 31st March, 2009.

For complete details about how you can contribute to the BloggerAid Cookbook please read:

(I learned about this from the inimitable Jeanne of Cook Sister!)

edit 13 March 2009: When I was wandering around on BloggerAid, I came across this reminder about Earth Hour:

VOTE EARTHEarth Hour 2009

On March 28, 2009, you can VOTE EARTH by switching off your lights for one hour. Or you can vote global warming by leaving your lights on.

The results of the election are being presented at the Global Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen 2009. We want one billion votes for Earth, to tell world leaders that we have to take action against global warming.

For complete details about how you can participate in Earth Hour 2009, please read:

Don’t forget to turn off your lights for an hour on 28 March!! But of course, turning lights off for just an hour isn’t nearly enough. So… don’t forget to turn off your lights whenever you’re not using them!!

VOTE EARTH, Earth Hour, Copenhagen, global warming

I’m very happy to be of service, Val! Thank YOU for being instrumental in putting the cookbook together. (I just hope that we can come up with a recipe that we haven’t already published on this site!) -Elizabeth
