I’m a BBBB – currently pretzelless

BBB: Let's Get Baking summary: pretzel dough is mixed and rising; link to Bread Baking Babes September recipe;

Yes, I’m Bad Bad Bad Bad!!! I was looking at the wrong month (who knows WHAT month I was looking at?!!) and imagined that tomorrow was the 15th so I’d have plenty of time to make the pretzels and post in time for Sunday (not the) 16th, as it turns out.

sigh….

(I just looked at October and see that 15 October is a Saturday. I must have had the October page in my calendar open when I was glibly making my pretzel-making plans.)

While it’s true that I’m currently pretzelless, I am happy to report that I mixed the pretzel dough late this morning. And it’s rising now…. The actual post should arrive sometime tomorrow.

Bread Baking Babes: Soft Pretzels In the meantime, if you’d like complete details about this month’s recipe, the BBB and how to become a BBB, please read:

And take a look at the others’ pretzels. The others are BBBs who have better calendar skills than I.
