At T’s request, yesterday I made Lucia cats so we could have them for breakfast on Christmas morning.
And at my request, T made chicken liver pate with green peppercorns to serve tomorrow before Christmas dinner. And just in case there isn’t enough food (ha), I made roasted red pepper pate too.
Friends dropped by on Saturday night and we tasted it all just to make sure it was okay. (It was all de.lic.ious! And there’s still some left….)
