yeast and breadmaking in the summer – revisited

yeast Not long ago, I posted about how quickly yeasted dough rises in the summer. And I just noticed that some bad coding made half the article disappear. (this is what comes of hand coding HTML…)

I also realized that the closeup of the yeast foaming didn’t really show the bubbles that well. So I have just added photos that were taken when I made bread the next day.

Yes, it’s true. I’m WAY behind!! Eventually – soon I hope – I have GOT to post about the really amazing and fantastic charcoal grilled steak dinner we had in July… and the peach pie… and the potato salad… and the bacon wrapped chicken logs….

Remind me!!
