The garlic filling is made from 3 heads of garlic. It's amazingly how much less garlic there appears to be once it is cooked!
The recipe says to lightly flour the tea towel. This is clearly an error and should say to dredge the tea towel in flour first. Luckily the loaves are supposed to look rustic.
