St. Hildegard's Spelt Bread

This bread was inspired by the teachings of St. Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179) who wrote that "spelt is the best grain, warming, lubricating and of high nutritional value". The bread is made with spelt flakes and spelt flour with a topping of sesame seeds
