Procedure: 1-13.) stretch the dough on hands and arms; 14-15.) continue stretching dough on cloth; 16.) strudel dough stretched.

Filling Procedure: 1.) brush dough with melted butter; 2.) scatter bread crumbs over ⅓ of dough (oops, forgot to read instructions!); 3.) pile drained cherries over breadcrumbs & sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar; 4.) Use the cloth to roll up the strudel (oops forgot to read the instruction about folding sides); 5.) Put seam side down on parchment covered pan; 6.) Brush with butter and slash.

Baked and Sugared Cherry Strudel
