Ingredients for orange fennel salad
Orange Fennel Red Onion Salad is made with crushed chili peppers, navel oranges, fennel bulb and red onion dressed with cider vinegar and olive oil. Normally there are fresh mint leaves as well but our mint was buried under a mountain of snow and there was no mint on the store shelves on the day before New Year's Eve... the salad is still as wonderful even without the mint.
