GreenMango/Mint Chutney

Ingredients
½ c fresh mint leaves
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 green chilies (I use Thai chilies)
1 green mango (green as in unripe; available at Asian markets)
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
¼ c fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
Preparation
Whirl all in blender til smooth. Taste. If it tastes more like lemon than mint, add some sugar and salt until the mint taste jumps out.
This is excellent as an accompaniment to Chicken Curry or Fondue Chinoise
