Rice Pudding

Ingredients
4 c milk
4 Tbsp sugar
4 cardamom pods
1 Tbsp butter
½ c Thai rice
Preparation
- Put all ingredients into a pot over medium heat and bring to just under a boil (til it is "smiling"). Turn the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, let cool and serve.
