The Bread Baking Babes are celebrating their third Anniversary this month. Yes, that's right; the Babes have been baking together for 3 years as of 16 February 2011! We decided that the anniversary bread would be a favourite of the breads baked so far. Even though I hadn't made them yet, I chose Ensaimadas as my favourite.
