Brownies Cockaignefor Valentine's Day
The process: melt chocolate and butter; beat room temperature eggs til frothy; beat in sugar; quickly stir in cooled chocolate and vanilla; stir in flour with a
few swift strokes; put batter into buttered pan
Cool baked brownies before slathering with chocolate icing. (OR leave them uniced and serve them with ice cream and cherries jubilee.)
The final result - brownies iced
