Brussels sprouts were parboiled, quartered and sautéed in olive oil with bread crumbs and garlic. Even brussels sprouts haters will deign to try this dish... and like it! (scroll up and down for more images)

On this occasion, we served the sprouts with pan-fried chops, walnut cream sauce and wild rice casserole.
