We recently discovered the wonders of Champfleury cheese, made by the Fromagerie de Corneville in Quebec. It is a "washed rind soft ripened fine cheese that has the interior texture of a double crème brie enveloped in a delicious copper orangey rind".

It's delicious with crusty bread, or on its own, and/or with red grapes.
