We continued the tasting a couple of days later and were so happy to have some of the Val Deon still left!
Ontario cheese: Alex Premium Smooth (label reads "Ontario intensity seven cheddar")
Spanish cheese: Manchego (label reads "Spanish raw sheep's milk cheese") This was T's favourite - and tied with the Val Deon as my other favourite.
