Unlike the really fabulous cheeses that we tried two years ago, and the really terrific Halloumi we tasted a few weeks ago, this locally made raw sheep's milk cheese, "Ramembert", stinks big time. (I know. It looks good... and yes, I agree; it's not quite ready yet. It isn't oozing on the plate.)
But trust me when I say that this cheese is only fit to be photographed. It is now in the wet garbage, mingling with the other things festering in the bin.
