Our garden doesn't get enough sun to grow tarragon in abundance. But luckily, one of our friends is generous with tarragon from her sunny garden.
Preparation: This cream sauce is made from a bechamel made with olive oil and skim (1%) milk. Only a small splash of 10% cream was added. Even though we are butter and cream lovers, we didn't miss the butterfat at all. The bechamel with chopped dried mushrooms would have been fantastic on its own.
Add and stir in fresh tarragon leaves
