What with the blackout and heatwave, we almost forgot that this is corn season! But the other day at Kensington Market, we picked up some beautifully sweet ears of peaches and cream corn (alas, that seems to be the only kind that farmers around here are planting these days). We grilled some flank steak and corn on the cob. Accompanied by mashed potatoes and steamed green beans garnished with dill from the garden, it was yet another stellar dinner.
