Last night we thought it was going to rain so decided against grilling something outside. (Silly us. We believed the weather forecasters….) We decided to have our our favourite sauce for spaghettini. But because broccoli is iffy right now, we got some Chinese greens (no idea what they’re called!) instead. We also had a little spinach and a few roasted potatoes from the other night so sliced those and threw them in too. Well, my goodness, what a brilliant idea! Who would have thought that potatoes would go so well in a pasta sauce?!
