summary: Champfleury, made by the Fromagerie de Corneville in Quebec, is a “washed rind soft ripened fine cheese that has the interior texture of a double crème brie enveloped in a delicious copper orangey rind“. It is the best cheese. Too bad it’s only available at the supermarket downtown; (click on images to see larger views and more photos)
