originally a starblvd post by David, Apr/19/2004 08:07:47 [-05 EST] Friday To ensure that we could get a six passenger taxi, I had telephoned and booked it 2 days in advance. It was scheduled to arrive and 3:45 a.m. and when it didn't arrive, I phoned to check if there was a problem. I was informed ...

Electrical Fear

Electrical Fear originally a starblvd post by MEF, Apr/13/2004 11:54:29 [-05 EST] Well, with an appliance that consists of a pair of heating elements that operate at normal voltage, I don't see THAT much of a risk. A broken connection somewhere and it doesn't heat up; a short somewhere and a fuse is...

Portable grill

Portable grill
originally a starblvd post by David, Apr/13/2004 09:47:03 [-05 EST]

That's a good find. I wouldn't dare plug in a discarded electrical item for fear of damaging myself or my property.

The Deni looks like a very handy and healthy way to cook. Was Deni a heavyweight boxer too?

A couple of terrible ones were Cinderella 2 and Doctor Doolittle 2. I also saw the animated version of Sinbad which I tried to sleep...

one movie not to avoid originally a starblvd post by llizard, Apr/12/2004 15:12:27 [-05 EST] I loved "Lost in Translation"! and didn't find it at all yawn worthy. I haven't seen "Irreconcilable Differences" so can't say whether I disagree on that score as well. However, that movi...
