disclaimer - read mePerhaps I'm very old fashioned to expect public washrooms and toilets should be unlocked on weekends in April (not to mention the rest of the months of the year).
But no. We have to wait until the May 24th long weekend if we want take pee breaks when enjoying the outdoors.
