These flatbreads were made from focaccia dough that did not rise.

I had cut a lot of rosemary to put onto the focaccia. Our rosemary plant is not very large and it would have been a shame to waste it. So we quickly tossed it in hot olive oil to make a fragrant and flavoured dipping oil.

It turned out that reason the focaccia dough didn't rise was because I forgot to put the yeast in. Duhhh!
