Peppered Pecans © llizard aka ejm 2000, 2002

Ingredients serves 2 hogs Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Add pecans and stir well.

  3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt and pepper, stirring well to coat.

  4. Let nuts cool in pan. This recipe is very nice for gifts. Pack them in attractive looking jam jars with good lids.
