Ingredients Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 300F.

  2. Bring salted water to a boil. Add pumpkin seeds and boil for 10 minutes.

  3. Drain and spread the seeds on an olive oiled cookie sheet.

  4. Roast the seeds for at least 30 minutes, stirring and tossing frequently. They are done when they aren't at all wet.
